Bryan’s experience in technology and in the dental industry have led to numerous advancements for Patient Focus. Under Bryan’s leadership, the Patient Focus relationship center has become the best in the industry for driving patient engagement for our customers.

In addition to leading a best-in-class relationship center, Bryan oversees Patient Focus’s operational teams, driving growth and continuous improvement. Bryan has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Brigham Young University.

Dallon Klein

Dallon is a business minded individual that focuses on creating and nurturing relationships, and has over four years of experience in sales and customer service. Dallon has worked in various roles of customer service ranging from managing a full service restaurant, to working as a Customer Relationship Coordinator with our parent company, Client Focus. He understands the importance of creating good relations between our company and client, as well as maintaining and strengthening those relations through delivering exceptional results and service.

Dallon is passionate about discussing business strategy and consulting with dentists to help them grow their business.

Kimberly is a dental hygienist passionate about dentistry in every aspect. She has been in the dental industry for over 18 years, including a decade as a dental practice owner in Arizona. Over the past few years she noticed a need in the dental field to improve the functionality & efficiency in the dental office, and it is now her goal to help offices achieve this dynamic by outsourcing low production, time consuming activities, like recall to a qualified company who will assist businesses in streamlining their productivity and increasing revenue. Outsourcing is crucial to allowing the dental team to focus on what they do best; serving the community with high quality dental care. When Kimberly isn’t working dentistry she is busy adventuring with her husband & three children to the beach, Disneyland, or hiking in the mountains.

Tasha Buys
Tasha is a family woman first and a business woman second. Born and raised in Arizona the call center capital of the nation, she has grown to love the art of communication through the phones. With over ten years of experience in the call center industry, and a mix of management and sales experience, she brings a lot to the table at Patient Focus. Tasha is a leader who actively makes things better and impacts positive growth in the company.
